The Church annual project aims to raise money for use on a specific cause which has no ready access to funds it can use with exceptional benefit.

The cause is designated by the Church Council. Personal contacts through members of the congregation are significant in the selection process. The cause does not have to be either Methodist or Christian.

The Church Project for 2004/5 was to raise money for street children in Kenya and Burma.

The Church Project for 2006/7 is to support AIDS orphans in Malawi.

The Chuch Project for 2009 is "The West London Churches Homeless Concern (WLCHC)".
