Thursday, 28 June - ‘A complete nightmare – Peter’s animal vision in Acts in contemporary perspective’

a talk and discussion, led by Dr John Moxon (University of Roehampton)

Peters vision from Acts 107:45 pm (refreshments served from 7:30 pm)

Please join us for a fascinating, free talk on one of the most important episodes in the New Testament: Peter’s vision at Joppa, recorded in Acts 10. This was a vision that changed Christianity forever, and whose consequences still reverberate today. Dr John Moxon, of the University of Roehampton’s Theology Department, has written extensively on this subject, and the talk promises to be a most interesting and thought-provoking one. The evening is being organised by the Preachers’ Meeting of the Richmond & Hounslow Methodist Circuit but is open to anyone interested in the study and application of the Bible.
