Christian Meditation

Our regular Christian Meditation Group meets at the church on Tuesday evenings at 7.30 pm and offers a warm welcome to newcomers.

Meditation

The aim of Christian meditation is to allow God’s mysterious and silent presence within us to become not only a reality but the reality that gives meaning, shape and purpose to everything we do and are. Those who meditate regularly find that it helps them to de-stress and also to grow in love of themselves and others.

The meetings lasts approximately 45 minutes and include quiet music, a short talk on meditation and 25 minutes of silent meditation. There is an opportunity to ask questions afterwards. This is a free event and anyone, of any faith or none, is welcome to join us.
